Chief Financial Officer

Print Room Operator/Production Assistant
Join Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi as our Print Room Operator / Production Assistant and play a key role in delivering high-quality print production services that support tauira, kaimahi and the wider organisation. Based in Whakatāne, this hands-on position assists in the management of print production, photocopying, binding, production records, equipment maintenance and customer service. Working within the Information Technology Services team, you will ensure print jobs are completed efficiently, accurately and within agreed timeframes while maintaining high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone with print room production experience, strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Knowledge of Te Reo Māori and Tikanga Māori, or a willingness to further develop these skills, will be highly valued in our kaupapa Māori environment.
Accounts Payable Administrator

The focus of this role is to process supplier invoices and credits, reconcile outstanding purchase orders, enter data into the finance system and resolve queries from suppliers, vendors and staff.
