How does a Kapa Haka become involved with the degree programme?
To become a Kapa involved in the degree you must complete the following;
- The procurement document
- The contract for services
- The Mahi Aroha letter
You must also provide the following:
- Legal entity certificate
- Bank account details
- Tax details
An assigned Kapa Tutor
- A C.V or profile of your assigned Kapa Tutor’s experience
- An assigned Kapa Co-ordinator
What do Kapa Haka do?
The kapa have a number of responsibilities that are aligned to the services contract:
- Completing bi-monthly reports and invoices (templates are provided)
- Assisting with the enrolment, retention and completion of your tauira
- There is a minimum number of Tauira required
- Providing a venue to host rohe-tutorials
- Distributing relevant information to your tauira throughout the year
- There are obligations for Kapa Haka with attendance monitoring
